Joining the relatively limited 5-star Harmony character roster in Honkai: Star Rail's massive version 2.0 update, introducing the Land of Dreams, Penacony, Sparkle is an excellent support character that can fit into a variety of team compositions due to her unique and convenient abilities. That being said, while building her is relatively easier compared to optimizing DPS characters, which requires focusing on more stats, like every character, she can become even more effective with an optimal build.
