Named after the first game in the series, Batman: Arkham Asylum, the Arkhamverse largely follows the adventures of Batman in Gotham City. But starting with Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League, the series has begun to branch out into the wider DC universe, presenting new takes on familiar characters.
