Legends of the Dead is the latest DLC for Crusader Kings 3, and, along with other changes, it introduces two new main features: plagues and legends. Plagues and diseases will now spread across the map, weakening or even killing characters and depleting the development of counties. To combat plagues, which include the calamitous Black Death, players can build hospitals and burial grounds or take actions such as isolating their capital.
