Kujata is one of several Final Fantasy Summons that were inspired by mythology and the fourth of 14 summonable entities available to players in Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth. They'll first gain access to the cosmic bull upon their arrival in Chapter 9, although to fully upgrade Kujata, they'll need to progress through the main story just a bit.
