Bungie announces a new collaboration with the Ghostbusters franchise for Destiny 2, introducing new cosmetic items available for purchase at the Eververse Store later this month. Collaborations and crossovers have started to pick up in frequency for Destiny 2, giving players more options with how to personalize their Guardian. While the Destiny series has been no stranger to references or nods to other franchises like Halo and Dark Souls, the first major announcement with a big franchise arrived back in 2022 when Bungie revealed a cross-collaboration event with Fortnite as well as Fall Guys.
