Daggers are not the most abundant weapon in Baldurs Gate 3, nor do they actually do much damage. Additionally, not many characters can use them, and not many players are interested in them. However, there are some good arguments to be made for this weapon class, with one of them being that they are light finesse weapons that can also be thrown.
