Turtle Scale Bracers are an item in WoW Classic available in the Blacksmithing profession, but in SoD, it's more than just a bad piece of lvl 37 gear.

There are a lot of surprises in WoW Season of Discovery, and thanks to all the new content and revamps to existing vanilla WoW, items that once went completely unnoticed have become highly sought-after. Part of this is the level-gated Phases, which raised the prices for Level 25 gear in Phase One, and Level 40 gear in Phase Two.
