The 1.6 update of Stardew Valley introduces mastery levels, a new bonus you can get after maxing out all five skills. The one for the Foraging skill unlocks a new kind of tree seed, and that seed can eventually generate Mystic Syrup, a useful crafting item used in a few end-game recipes.
