Cait Sith doesn’t fulfill a classic Job role in Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth based on past entries. Bard is perhaps the closest he comes to, but Jobs aren’t really important in Rebirth or even the original version on PS1. Players can give their characters whatever roles they want via Materia.
