While Banishers: Ghosts of New Eden isn't too difficult in its gameplay, there's still a noticeable learning curve that players will need to overcome to avoid being killed by the ghouls and spirits that roam around New Eden. Rather than just assuming control of one character and upgrading them throughout the story, Banishers instead features two protagonists who are vastly different in how they play. The enemies in this game can also be very tough to take down, even in those first few hours, which also goes a long way in dialing up the overall difficulty.
