One of the Dublin Artifacts in Assassin's Creed Valhalla is behind a locked door, and this guide details where to find the key.

There are four Artifacts in Assassin's Creed Valhalla's Dublin region, and the majority of them are fairly simple to collect. That said, there is a Dublin Artifact that some players may have trouble reaching, and it is the one that is situated behind the locked door at the southeast corner of the area. Indeed, Assassin's Creed Valhalla fans will need to find a key in order to unlock this door, and this guide details its exact location.

To get right to it, players that are hunting for the Dublin Artifact key should stand in front of the locked door and then turn around to face the ocean. From this position, fans should then move toward the small wooden dock, activating Odin's Sight in AC Valhalla as they draw near to the water. Using this ability will reveal that there are a couple of objects beneath the water's surface, and one of them is the Bandit Cave Door Key.

It is this key that Assassin's Creed Valhalla players will use to open the Dublin Artifact locked door, and they should dive down and collect it at their convenience. When that has occurred, fans can return to the door and interact with it to gain passage, and the Artifact, a Treasure Hoard Map, sits on a wooden crate just inside. Notably, there are some other items to loot inside of the Bandit Cave, and players should take a moment to grab everything before they leave.

After collecting the Treasure Hoard Map, fans may want to head north to Skald's Rest, as there are two more AC Valhalla Artifacts to be found at that location. One of those Artifacts is the Flying Paper, and players that wish to claim it should be prepared for a chase. The other Artifact in Skald's Rest is the Irish Cycle Page, and collecting it is as easy as reaching the upper floor of the King's Hall.

From there, players can make their way even further north to collect the final Artifact in Assassin's Creed Valhalla's Dublin region. That Artifact is the Ui Neill, but fans will not be able to access it immediately upon arriving at its location. However, players do not need to find a key to reach this Artifact, as they can simply use an explosive arrow to blow up the wall that blocks their passage and then grab the object from its resting spot.

Assassin's Creed Valhalla is available now on PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Stadia, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
