There is a lot that Hogwarts Legacy 2 could do with its predecessor's most charming feature, both in adding to it and improving its shortcomings.

One of Hogwarts Legacy's best features is that it allows players to explore the Wizarding World of Harry Potter in a way they were never able to in any game before it. As a fifth-year student at Hogwarts, players can attend classes, form relationships with other witches and wizards, and explore the castle of Hogwarts to their heart's content, uncovering its many mysteries along the way. Outside the famous castle, players can embark on an adventure through the game's vast open world, full of various collectibles and side activities for them to complete as well. Among those activities is one of Hogwarts Legacy's most charming: rescuing the world's fantastic beasts and then building Vivariums for them to live in.
