The Final Fantasy 7 remake project has been consistent with its inclusion of iconic moments from the original game interwoven with new characters and plot elements, and Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth continues this trend, for better or for worse. Although there has been some criticism about the way Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth handles its multiversal elements, the game does a great job with including many fan-favorite moments from the original release. However, given Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth's ending, it's safe to say that one notable boss from the original game won't show up in part 3.
