" Joining as the newest character in Honkai: Star Rail's 2.1 update, marking the game's 1-year anniversary, Aventurine adds additional options to the otherwise relatively lacking Preservation path. He is the second limited character option following the release of Fu Xuan. Unlike Fu Xuan however, who focuses on damage mitigation without shields, Aventurine scales with DEF, similar to other Preservation characters. Additionally, he provides stackable shields, a unique aspect of his kit, and can also act as a sub-DPS thanks to his follow-up attack and Ultimate.
