In the indie soulslike, Another Crab's Treasure, you'll find all sorts of useful items while exploring the seafloor. You will also come across some hooks that are pretty high up off the ground, just waiting to be grappled onto. However, you do not start Another Crab's Treasure with a grappling hook of any kind, but you get one eventually, which is exactly what you will use to grab onto those hooks. You should come across these while walking around The Shallows for the first time.
