Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order was met with a warm reception from both fans and critics alike, managing to capture the spirit of the universe incredibly well while delivering a familiar but fresh hero's journey alongside some satisfying Soulslike and Metroidvania gameplay mechanics. With its ending leaving the door wide open for future sequels, it was no surprise when Star Wars Jedi: Survivor was eventually announced.
