Even though the post-apocalyptic world of Fallout 4 is far from ideal, it is still full of items that will help you survive. Of course, no one will argue that weapons, ammunition, supplies, and caps will never be superfluous, but you can also find a ton of junk like old teddy bears and dozens of wrenches you simply dont need.
