The series' time at the top extends back to when it was competing with Masashi Kishimoto's Naruto and Tite Kubo's Bleach, in an era where this trio was once known as the "Big Three" shonen manga. However, the conclusions of both Naruto and Bleach occurred several years ago, leaving only one of the Big Three behind.
