In Kingdom Come: Deliverance, the Speech and Charisma stats determine your ability to persuade the game's NPCs through dialogue checks, like deciding to throw manure at an NPC's house with your friends. One way to improve your chances of passing these checks is by raising your Speech skill with the Highborn or Lorborn perks unlocked at level 4. Both of these perks will enhance your Speech skill based on the class of people you are speaking to.
