Final Fantasy 14's Blue Mage is an unorthodox job featuring a class-specific progression system for learning a wide variety of abilities adapted from the plethora of enemies found within the game. As one of Final Fantasy 14's limited jobs, Blue Mages are restricted from traditional leveling methods such as dungeons or Duty Roulettes. To compensate, they receive a large bonus to experience gained in the open world, and players are able to leverage this bonus to reach the level cap in just an hour.
