Ultimate weapons in Persona 3 Reload are arguably the best weapons for each individual character you can get during your playthrough. Because of their rarity, you won't be able to obtain them until the late-game phase of Reload. To get ultimate weapons, you'll need to craft them at Mayoido Antiques. One example of an ultimate weapon is Masakado's Katana, which can be wielded by Junpei Iori.
