Pokemon Scarlet and Violet players can pick up a brand-new event Pokemon through the games' Mystery Gift function for a limited time, with a special Quaxly now available. While the newest entries in the monster-catching franchise introduced plenty of new creatures, Scarlet and Violet's trio of Starter Pokemon have remained some of their most popular. The trio have featured heavily in both in-game promotions and the new Pokemon Horizons anime series accompanying the games. Now, one of the Paldean starters has become the game's newest limited-time event Pokemon.
