Hideo Kojima recently gave an exciting update for Death Stranding 2: On the Beach, revealing that filming and voice recording has been completed for the upcoming sequel. Death Stranding 2 was first shown off during The Game Awards 2022 with a cryptic teaser of an older Sam Porter Bridges and plenty of surreal imagery. A few years later, fans were greeted with a longer Death Stranding 2 story trailer that detailed Sam and Fragiles new mission to reconnect their post-apocalyptic world, just like they did for the United Cities of America in the first game.
