Goodneighbor in Fallout 4, known as Scollay Square before the Great War, is a large settlement in Boston's Financial District. In 2287, it came under the governance of Mayor John Hancock, and is inhabited by ghouls, criminals, and other individuals who do not fit in elsewhere in the Commonwealth.
