Compared to other open-world RPG games, Wuthering Waves brings a new look to combat mechanics and character equipment. The game incorporates abilities called Echos, enemies that can give Resonators additional stats and skills in battle. The characters either turn into monsters and attack, or use specific skills listed in the monster's data.
