A Cyberpunk 2077 player discovered a surprising Easter egg referencing the real-world electronic music duo Daft Punk over 400 hours into the game. Since its release back in 2020, Cyberpunk 2077 has never been shy of including homages to influential works from a variety of beloved franchises, with references ranging from classic retro anime to dystopian sci-fi films. Devoted fans have attempted to track down each Easter egg and secret in the game, up to and including the references hidden within the game's only expansion DLC, Phantom Liberty.
