Spectro Rover, or default Rover, is the main player character (male or female) that players will choose at the start of their journey in Wuthering Waves. Unlike some other Gacha games, the default player character in Wuwa isn't a 5-Star just for show; they are, in fact, one of the best units in the game, even in their base state.
