Disease Cure is one of the most valuable consumable aid items in Fallout 76. It cures you of any disease you become infected with that can cause adverse side effects on your character. These side effects can prove deadly when completing public events or quests in Appalachia. You will also need a Disease Cure as an ingredient in the antibiotic recipe.
