The freshly re-launched WB platform brawler MultiVersus seems to poke some fun at Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson and his 2022 portrayal of Black Adam.

One particular MultiVersus character interaction aimed at Black Adam appears to throw shade at The Rock, who portrayed the DC villain in his 2022 movie. In the marketing run-up to the Black Adam film, The Rock famously mentioned how his character would "rearrange the hierarchy of power in the DC universe," and heavily hinted at a faceoff with DC icon Superman. Despite Henry Cavill's Man of Steel briefly showing face in a Black Adam post-credit scene, the hierarchy of power in the DC universe remained unchanged, as none of these plans took hold before esteemed filmmaker James Gunn seized control of the DCEU in late 2022. Currently, Gunn has no known plans to include The Rock as Black Adam moving forward in his rebooted DCU.
