HoYoverse has officially revealed the date and start time for the Honkai: Star Rail Version 2.3 "Farewell, Penacony" Special Program. The upcoming livestream will reveal new details about the new Honkai: Star Rail update, which is expected to be released sometime this month as the Trailblazer and the crew of the Astral Express prepare to leave Penacony.
