According to a leak, Kirara and Nilou may be the next characters to receive new skins in Genshin Impact and will also feature prominently in the Flagship Event for Version 4.8. Genshin Impact has traditionally done alternate outfits for its characters in two batches every year: during the Lantern Rite and during the Summer Event. The previous beneficiaries were Shenhe, Ganyu, and Xinqiu, who received their skins in Version 4.4. Curiously, the two 5-Stars have yet to make a banner appearance since the debut of their alternate outfits, but this will likely not be the case in Version 4.8.
