Emilie has had an interesting history behind the scenes in Genshin Impact, as many reliable sources weren't even sure if she'd end up in Version 4.8 up until the eve of her drip marketing. Numerous concept art of Emilie emerged during the initial Fontaine leak flood, and neither one of them ended up being indicative of her final design.
