The Forgotten Realms host all sorts of bizarre creatures Gelatinous Cubes and Mimics would be respectable, go-to classics here. The Gibbering Mouther really just looks like it walked right out of Warhammer 40,000. Really, though, it's gotta be the Intellect Devourer.
