It's almost impossible to avoid some form of toxicity in any gaming community, particularly those that are primarily online, and especially those that are competitive. Whether it's passive aggressive comments when you have an off game or game tactics that destroy a team's chance at success in a match, unpleasant community interactions can be a real dampener on what would be an otherwise great gaming experience. But, this doesn't apply to every game, with the likes of Deep Rock Galactic and Warframe all being heralded as some of the nicest and most supportive virtual communities you can be a part of.
