Harley Quinn is an absolute powerhouse in Multiversus. Not to say too much about the game's balance, but it really does feel like this character is beloved by the developers. Harley Quinn is an incredibly fast character with an extremely large repertoire of useful moves that can deal high amounts of damage very quickly and has a couple of great options for actually KO'ing her opponents.
