Genshin Impact could be removing cooldowns for world bosses in Version 4.8, which would make farming ascension materials significantly easier. World bosses in Genshin Impact have a respawn timer, and as a result, players often have to spend a few minutes away from the boss area usually by teleporting to the nearest Waypoint or by entering a Character Trial. While farming for characters in Genshin Impact is a huge part of its progression system, HoYoverse has implemented a great number of improvements to the game throughout the Fontaine era.
