The first Legacy Dungeon that most players will take on in the Elden Ring DLC Shadow of the Erdtree is Belurat, Tower Settlement. Nestled at the foot of the Shadow Tower, Belurat is home to a once thriving culture that was utterly annihilated by Messmer's conquest. A shadow of its former self, the city is left in ruin, and there are a number of secrets and hidden areas within its streets including two locked doors.
