The original PS1 Fear Effect is making a comeback to modern consoles in 2025. While many classic PS1 games such as Tomba and MediEvil have been making a resurgence as of late, most players probably did not expect Fear Effect to join that list. The game had a positive reception, and it introduced many interesting and experimental mechanics and features at that time.
