Not many people usually pit Vegeta against Gohan in theoretical fights, and the two haven't fought in ages since the Saiyan Saga in Dragon Ball. There are reasons to see them fight again, and even more than that, they have both reached their latest transformations with differing results but achieving great heights all the same. The Beast form that Gohan achieved is a representation of his strength and growth throughout the years, and there is merit to that idea. Vegeta's Ultra Ego not only has a very different mechanic and boost of its own, but, as a mindset, is true to Vegeta's instincts that have remained present since his introduction in Dragon Ball.
