Gacha games have been on the rise since the last decade and ever since, Genshin Impact came out in 2020, the numbers have been exponentially increasing along with the amount of Gacha games coming on the market every year. These games are called gacha because of the feature in these games that allows players to obtain a new character, weapon, or item randomly after using the in-game currency.
