Most VR headsets struggle to gain mainstream acceptance, often viewed more as novelties than necessities. That hasn't prevented the Meta Quest from achieving popularity among gamers and non-gamers. The future of Sony's PSVR 2 also initially looked bright, wowing users with a highly detailed and vibrant OLED display. Unfortunately, the headset's sales have slumped, and gamers regularly bemoan the lack of new compatible games. However, there is reason for hope, and an adapter arriving on August 7th will make using the PSVR 2 on PC gaming rigs a reality.
