As the Magistrate of Jinzhou, Jinshi is a prominent figure in Wuthering Waves's early storyline, and as of the version 1.1 update, she becomes playable. She's intended to be used as a main DPS character that focuses on Resonance Skill. Alongside Verina and Spectro Rover, she is currently the only other Spectro character that can be played, making her quite useful in content where utilizing this element is beneficial.
