Palworld is unique among its other monster-capturing competitors in that its creatures play an active role in the game's survival aspects. Pals have a work suitability system wherein each species has particular traits that make them better at certain jobs when compared to others. While the feature is interesting and helps the Pals be more than just battle partners, there is a reason to believe it may hinder the development of future monsters.
