Powers shouldnt define a character, and thats one of the biggest crutches of people like Homelander, who rule with fear and intimidation for their potential in The Boys universe. Yet, there are some characters that deserve or demand respect without the use of powers or compound V flowing in their veins, and those characters certainly leave strong impressions.
