There are many opinions about Scream 7 since horror fans have been waiting for the sequel since Scream 6 was in theaters in March 2023. While audiences like discussing who Ghostface could be and wondering if the rules of horror will be a focal point of Scream 7, there is another big topic on people's minds: the opening kill scene. Although of course some are better and more unique than others, the general feeling is that every Scream opening sequence is engaging and fits the silly yet smart tone of the franchise.
