Moorth Ruins is a small part of Scadu Altus, the second main area in Elden Ring: Shadow of the Erdtree. Accessing this area requires players to defeat Rellana, Twin Moon Knight, which is not an easy task. Upon reaching Moorth Ruins, there are countless items you can pick up and do a duel.
