Helldivers 2 is full of details that players can appreciate. Everything from changing the name of one's Super Destroyer and seeing it to finding mission interactables that provide more information about Super Earth gives the game a charm that most others do not possess. However, if there's one aspect whose potential is severely underutilized, it would be the NPCs. Though somewhat interesting, they mostly become an afterthought, meaning they could do with some changes if they want to become one of the appealing parts of Helldivers 2.
