Despite the rumors that The Elder Scrolls 6 will be set in Hammerfell, the setting for the next The Elder Scrolls game hasn't been confirmed by Bethesda. There is a possibility that The Elder Scrolls 6 will be set in a single province, as in Morrowind, Oblivion, and Skyrim, but other games in The Elder Scrolls have been set in multiple provinces. While it's unlikely that The Elder Scrolls 6 will be set in every province in Tamriel, two or three would be likely if it is set in more than one. If it is set in just one province, Bethesda will have to decide between the narrative importance of the province, or visual impact.
