Flower Points (FP) are what you need to perform attacks such as Shell Slam, but this can be a problem if you're not leveling up your FP or if your FP is low. In the beginning chapters of Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door, you'll likely use FP-replenishing items such as Maple Syrup or Honey Syrup. As you near the midgame and endgame phase of Thousand-Year Door, you'll want to stock up on items that restore more than 5 or 10 FP. This is where Jammin' Jelly can come in handy, which restores a large amount of FP.
