League of Legends clearly isn't done with Skarner as Riot developer and popular public figure Phreak confirms more changes are coming for the champion in the near future. Throughout the lifespan of the globally popular MOBA from Riot Games, Skarner has notoriously been one of its hardest characters to balance properly. Skarner has been the subject of multiple reworks from Riot, often making massive sweeping changes to his gameplay that have been largely "hit or miss." Now, the new rework has reportedly not hit the mark set by Riot Games.
